Website Design

Before any website design can be undertaken, a deposit of 20% (minimum of £200) will be required.

Website Programming

Due to the nature of programming, errors can be made. Once the site is complete we will test the features as much as possible, but it is up to you to ensure full functionality before the site is used fully by the public. Any programming errors will be rectified free of charge during the first 6 months after the site has been completed.

Website Hosting

MDLNET is not responsible for any loss of earnings due to network down time, if you business requires a service level agreement then please contact us and we discuss possible alternatives. MDLNET will be happy to refund hosting charges for any full days downtime worked out on the annual hosting charge divided by 365.

Standard Terms

All projects remain the property of MDLNET LTD until all payments have been made in full. Once the final payment for a project has been cleared then full ownership transfers to the company paying the invoice or another company at your request.
